You know, it's hard to do 10k steps a day. Work has this program for May that I got everyone in my department to participate in. Yesterday was our first official day. I logged 8042 which isn't bad - over half was from biking to the subway.
I've got a lot of runners in the group but I'm hoping I'll be more consistent overall. It's for the entire month and I have some travel so I don't know. Here's hoping I make it to 10k at least before its half way through.
